FuzzyCastle Pass Terms

- Automatically renews each year until canceled.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid-through date.
- Payment and billing management are hosted by Stripe.
What the Pass provides
FuzzyCastle Pass is an account-based entitlement that unlocks designated membership features in supported FuzzyCastle web games and services, such as eligible multiplayer features or member-only games. The currently included features are shown in the relevant game or FuzzyCastle website. A Pass is personal to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared between accounts.
Price and renewal
The standard web price is currently $19.99 USD for one year, unless checkout clearly displays a different price or promotion. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount and to charge the then-applicable annual renewal price until you cancel. Any applicable taxes or required charges will be shown or handled as required. We will provide renewal or price-change notices where required by law.
Test mode and complimentary access
If a FuzzyCastle or Stripe screen is clearly labeled test mode, the transaction is for development testing and does not create a paid commercial subscription. FuzzyCastle may also issue complimentary, testing, promotional, or operator-granted Pass access. That access may be non-renewing, may have a stated expiration, and does not represent a paid subscription unless expressly stated.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal through the Manage Your Pass action on the FuzzyCastle Pass page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next annual charge. Unless a refund, dispute, chargeback, revocation, or applicable law requires a different result, an already-paid Pass remains active until its displayed paid-through date. Deleting your FuzzyCastle account does not replace cancellation of an active recurring charge; cancel the subscription before deleting the account.
Refunds, disputes, and failed payments
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the circumstances of the purchase, and any policy displayed at checkout. Contact fuzzycastle@gmail.com if you believe a charge is incorrect or wish to request a refund. A full refund, successful chargeback, lost dispute, revoked grant, expired subscription, or unresolved payment failure may end Pass access. A partial refund may not end access. Stripe or your financial institution may apply additional processing rules and timing.
Feature and service changes
Supported games and Pass features may evolve as FuzzyCastle adds, changes, or retires services. We will not intentionally remove the essential value of a paid period without providing a reasonable replacement, credit, refund, or other remedy where required by law. Online features remain subject to maintenance, capacity, security controls, and reasonable availability limitations.
Platform purchases
These terms describe the FuzzyCastle web Pass. If Pass access is later sold through Apple, Google, Steam, or another store, that store may process billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds under its own rules. Cross-platform recognition may require signing into the same supported FuzzyCastle account and may be limited by platform rules.
